refund policy

You can return the goods received without giving any reason within 45 days [forty-five days] by returning the goods. The period begins at the latest upon receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or request their return on time. In any case, the return will be at our expense and risk.

Return consequences

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. usage advantages) must be returned. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refraining from anything that could impair their value.

Financed business

If you financed your contract with a loan and exercised your right of return, you are no longer bound to the loan contract if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly likely if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation or return takes effect, you can not only contact us but also your lender about the reversal.
