We will deliver your order as quickly as possible! Orders received before 12:00 on working days will be dispatched on the same working day. The delivery time for our bed linen is 2-3 working days in Germany. Our delivery time to Austria and Switzerland is 3-5 delivery days.

Pre-orders will be delivered on the specified delivery date.

The delivery time is provided without guarantee, as we rely on the reliability of the delivery services of DHL or Hermes.

If we do not meet the delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as quickly as possible. 

We cover the shipping costs and also potential return costs in order to offer you an all-round uncomplicated shopping experience.

All costs resulting from incorrect address information on the delivery note will be passed on to the customer. If the customer is not present at the specified delivery address at the agreed time with Lyocello (part of BCHB UG ), Lyocello (part of BCHB UG ) is entitled to reimburse the customer for any costs that may arise through a later delivery by Lyocello (part of BCHB UG ). to invoice.
